National Brilliant Business Kids Festival
The National Brilliant Business Kids Festival is an annual nationwide event that celebrates the innovative and creative initiatives high school students from all over Australia are creating.
In 2021, these students are tackling the disruption to “business as usual” head-on by developing solutions to challenges in their local communities and the world in ways that meet the United Nations Sustainable Development Goals.
Through a full day of masterclasses, workshops, and panel discussions, these Brilliant Business Kids are encouraged to recognise 21st century problems as entrepreneurial and innovative opportunities. Hear innovative speakers from Apple Education, Westpac Davidson Institute, Kintell, and The University of Sydney’s Business School, and more!
The event also features a pitch event, in which students will pitch the business ideas they have worked on throughout the school year to the audience and select industry partners as judges.*
The event is part of Spark Festival which addresses this education area in 2021:
- Increase access to resources, support networks and programs to improve entrepreneurship self-efficacy with training for interested students (student education focus).
The event will be run on Zoom (Hybrid Mode) and we ask that teachers find a suitable classroom, where students participating in the program can gather at a physically distanced capacity and with space to move around.
